Who Are Travelpreneur Retreats For?
Our retreats are best for driven, growth-minded professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs who are serious about getting results, bringing their vision to life and who understand the value of a professional support network in establishing a new business.

Travelpreneur Tribe retreat workshops are designed for founders actively looking to start or grow an online or location-independent business, including tech startups, service based businesses, ecommerce companies, solopreneurs or infopreneurs.

Whether you want to grow a 6-figure consulting practice or a 7+-figure tech company, we will support you through validating your idea, establishing your business and growth plan, building your brand, planning for your future and breaking free of the 9-to-5 life.


How much do your retreats cost? What's included?
Each retreat is individually priced based on the location, length and your accommodation preferences and budget, but our goal is to make them accessible and affordable – this typically ranges from $1,000 for a 7-day retreat with DIY accomodation to $7,000 for more expensive destinations and luxury VIP accommodation and support.
Our retreats are inclusive of most meals, group excursions, workshops, 1-on-1 business coaching, special events, unlimited wifi, coworking space. Air transportation is NOT included, but on-ground transport and airport transfers usually are.

What is the signup process like?
The first step is to fill in our application form so we can know a little bit more about you and what you are planning to build. After completing the form, you’ll be prompted to schedule a personal interview with our team to ensure our retreats are a match for your business and personal goals.
If it’s a good fit for both of us, we will discuss retreat details, payment plan options and send you an invitation link to pay a deposit or your full enrollment fee.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and you are welcome to apply to any retreat, no matter how far out it is. In fact, we encourage it, as you may be eligible for early-bird discounts or special insider offers!
How structured are your retreats? Will I have free time?
Yes! We believe in balancing work with play. A typical 7-day retreat will have 5 days of workshopping and 2 days of fun.
Workshop days will start with breakfast and 1-2 hours of group workshops in the morning, then lunch, followed by plenty of free time work OR play – your choice. Sometime (depending on the retreat) we will have an additional hour of workshops or a special event in the evening, and you’ll have access to our business coaches and special guest throughout the day to visit with at leisure.
At the end of each retreat we schedule 1-3 days of pure fun & adventure, including organized events and tours, to celebrate and reward you for all the hard work you’ve put in on your business during the week.
Do you provide visa support? Or travel insurance?
We cannot help with obtaining visas, aside from offering proof of accommodation or acceptance into the retreat, as requirements vary from country to country. That said, the majority of our retreats are held in countries where a visa is not required to enter for tourist purposes if you’re traveling for less than 30-days. Please check country specific information for your nationality before booking your flights.

All participants are suggested to have travel insurance, as we are not responsible for missed flights or other mishaps. We recommend World Nomads which offer very comprehensive plans, and many US credit card companies offer travel insurance gratis.

How Do You Choose Participants?
We interview every participant to make sure that the retreat expectations are aligned with your personal, business and growth goals. Our retreats are purposefully small, with 10-20 participants max, so we wan’t to make sure everyone is at the retreat ready to learn, grow, have fun and launch.
No previous startup or business ownership experience is required, but we will talk to you to make sure our retreat is going to be the best environment for you to grow your specific business and that you’re fully prepared for the retreat.
Are my tickets refundable or transferable?
Refunds are not available, except in the case of international visas being declined, as we use tickets sales to book the venue and prepare for the event. However, you are able to transfer your ticket to another person or get credit towards a future event. If you desire to transfer your ticket to someone else, we must be able to interview that person before the event to ensure a good fit.
How many people will be at the retreat?
In order to keep the atmosphere intimate and productive, we limit the number of registrants to a max 20 participants at any event, and most retreats will be smaller based on location. As an example, our Croatia retreat is capped at 10 applicants staying at our seaside villa.
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely. We know it can be challenging to invest in your education and business and would be happy to discuss payment plan options before you book. If you would like to set up a payment plan, simple apply and we’d be happy to discuss your options when we schedule your call.
Do you run any private retreats for startups, corporates, or corporate teams?
Currently we are focused on the individual entrepreneur, but we’d be happy to chat to see if our interests are aligned. Our team has more than 30 years of combined experience in tech, startups, branding, design, marketing, sales and business strategy and have run countless workshops, seminars, conferences, and retreats. A little note if you’re interested in working with us… we are currently looking to partner with business coaches and consultants on a per event basis and do not have any full-time positions available.
