Program Overview:

During the 5-day Travelprenuer Tribe Business Startup event, you will learn everything you need to start your own service-based or consulting business using online marketing strategies. If you are just starting out and need to build a good foundation, we recommend you join us all 5 days. If you already launched your business but still need help with specific topics you can opt-in for just one or more sessions. Totally up to you!

We are located 30 min from the airport, 20 min from Lisbon and 5 min from the beach.The Villa is a 800 m2 quiet, light and airy space with 5 bedrooms, full kitchen, onsite parking and swimming pool. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a small wooded area.

200 m2 co-working space was designed by artist and architects as a high productivity environment. The digital age demands solid connectivity, we provide 200 Mbps internet and every location in Entrepreneur Houses has fast stable reliable WiFi.

Program Details:

From Idea to Business Plan

DAY 1 – Monday, May 20 2019

10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Day one we are covering everything you need to know about goal setting, vision planning, and mindset work as well as creating a high-level business plan (aka business model canvas).

We will talk about what type of business you want to create and what it would look like a year from now or 5 years from now. By setting-up SMART goals and creating a detailed action plan, you will have an exact step by step directions on how to move forward and make your business sustainable.

You will discover how to identify your ideal client, find out what they like, what they do and what is the best way to contact them without sounding salesy.

Armed with this knowledge about your business, you are going to create a simple, intuitive and flexible tool that will give you a snapshot overview of your business and teach you how to keep updating and iterating as your business will grow.

Marketing & Branding Fusion

DAY 2 – Tuesday, May 21 2019

Day two will be focused on what you want people to say about you when you’re not in the room.

We will talk about what is a brand, how to build a brand, what services or products you can offer to your ideal clients and your pricing strategies.

We will help you create a style guide, a tagline and messaging. We will also talk about social media strategies on how to market yourselves and what is the best social media platform to concentrate on for your biz.

What will I get out of it:

  • Build your ideal client persona
  • Define your brand style & personality
  • Perform market research to determine where your client is and how to connect with them
  • Draft copy for your website, elevator pitch and marketing materials
  • Create your marketing and launch plan

Confident Communication & Website Building

DAY 3 – Wednesday, May 22 2019

Today will be about your website and your message. We will talk about how you show yourself to the world and starting to create reusable content.

We will discuss the importance of having a sales page and/or website. We will determine what is the best platform to use for your websites like Leadpages, Instapages or WordPress or Wix or Squarespace.

We will also cover copy that speaks to your target market and inspires them to take action can be the difference between hitting your financial goals or not, growing your following (or not) and being one of those “overnight” success stories

What will I get out of it:

  • Understand MUST have pieces of a website for sales
  • Select a web platform, lead capture method and domain
  • Draft & launch (or update) your website or sales page

Scaling for Growth

Thursday, May 23 2019

Thursday’s session will be focused on growth and sales strategies. We will review bidding strategies and compelling offers, help you set up and streamline your sales systems, and come up with a simple but effective sales funnel for your business.

We will go over strategies on how to start sales conversations and how to close it like a boss. We will also show you financial planning and on-going marketing strategies that you can automatically and instantly implement for your business.

We will teach you all you need to know about email marketing, strategies that work and help you set up your first marketing campaign.

What will I get out of it:

  • Complete and practice your elevator pitch
  • Update (or create) relevant social media profiles for effectiveness
  • Create a sales script/bid template that clearly outlines your value to the client
  • Set up a sales system that will help you capture & manage your leads
